Initial Draft Report of the Eighteenth Session of the IGC

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND: The Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore (IGC) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) at its 18th session, held from 9-13 May 2011, “agreed that an initial draft report, containing the agreed text of the decisions and all interventions made to the Committee, would be prepared and circulated by the International Bureau and that Committee participants should submit written corrections to their interventions as included in the said initial draft report. A final version of the draft report would then be made available for adoption at the nineteenth session of the Committee, to be held from 18-22 July 2011”.
